It's easy to make a purchase at our web store. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. You have the option to (1) Continue Shopping (2) Change the Quantity of Items in Your Cart (3) Remove Items or (4) Checkout. When you are satisfied with your order in your shopping cart, choose 'Checkout'. You can then finalize your order by submitting your credit card information or choose to pay by sending a Cheque or Money Order. You always have the option of selecting items you would like removed from your Shopping Cart before submitting your order. All sales are final, so please double-check to ensure you have selected the correct size, colour, and description for any products you purchase. Once you submit your order, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received. You will receive your order in the mail discreetly and in plain unmarked packaging using the method of shipping you chose.

This means that your information is encoded and unreadable as it travels to our server. In fact, using your credit card at our web store is safer than using it at a restaurant or gas station.

For your convenience, we accept payment by Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), Cheque, Money Order or C.O.D. Additional charges apply for C.O.D. orders. Please note that all our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars. To ensure the best service, please do not use e-mail addresses to send credit card orders. It is not secure to send credit card information by E-mail. Please use the Online or Offline order forms inside the Shopping Cart.

Certainly. At the end of your transaction, you are shown an Order Summary screen. Please print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. This Order Summary includes our GST number for your reference. If you forget to print your receipt, don't worry, you will also receive an invoice with your shipment.
Yes, Feelings Plus ships orders outside of Canada as well as within Canada. Please contact us for the list of international countries.
For your privacy, all parcels are wrapped in plain packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address is labelled discreetly as "FP".
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. To make sure that orders are sent to their proper destination, please include your complete mailing address including P.O. Box number, rural route address, a physical street address or highway number with your order to avoid shipment delays.
